The Renaissance of my Life
…But then I got a new day job and life got busy. I painted a few flowers here and there from our backyard. I was growing food and trying to lose weight and watching cool TV shows with Brian (My significant other). Then the pandemic hit and my mental health started to decline. I started having panic attacks and I had to start seeing a psychologist and psychiatrist regularly. It was very time consuming and hard but the treatment did help I treated my ADHD, my anxiety, and borderline depression. I concentrated on self care and it seemed like life was returning to some semblance of normalcy…
