Penguin Couple

This was a commissioned design that was abandoned. This beautiful penguin couple are very much in love and penguins are monogamous! I thought some other fans would appreciate the adorable design.

These are emperor penguins who live at the South Pole. They huddle together for warmth as temperatures in Antarctica can reach -60 degrees! The males watch over their egg until it hatches while the mother travels to find food and returns to feed their younglings. Theirs is a truly cooperative relationship.
